I am an Advanced Practitioner in EFT and in PTT (Picture Tapping Therapy) and a registered member of AAMET.

I hold a qualification in Counselling, I am a qualified Reiki Practitioner and am currently studying Holistic Massage Therapy at Cornwall College.

I became increasingly passionate and fascinated by the amazing changes that EFT could bring about – after all if it had helped me so profoundly, then surely it could help others in the same way and so the sceptic became the advocate, I studied EFT to Advanced Practitioner level and The Blue Room was born.

Since then I have worked very successfully with a diverse number of clients and conditions, both emotional and physical. Each of my clients their own unique story to tell and their own healing path to walk and I feel privileged to be invited to walk beside my clients and to aid their empowerment and support them in their choices to move forward towards happier, healthier and more successful lives.

Since the early days of offering EFT only, The Blue Room now offers Reiki Healing, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage and Aromatherapy Massage and I will discuss your needs with you during our initial free consultation and suggest which therapy or therapies may be best for you, however the ultimate choice is yours and your wishes will always be respected.

Carol Look is a success and abundance coach in the energy psychology field. Her specialty is inspiring clients to attract abundance into their lives by using EFT/ Meridian Tapping and the Law of Attraction to clear limiting beliefs, release resistance and build “prosperity consciousness.” With a distinguished background in traditional psychotherapy, Carol discovered that combining energy healing methods with her classic training brought incredible results to her clients and unlimited success to her practice.

EFT Master

Before becoming an EFT Master, Carol was trained as a Clinical Social Worker and earned her Doctoral Degree in Clinical Hypnotherapy. Since discovering EFT, Carol has been a pioneer, bringing unprecedented innovations to the application of Meridian Tapping techniques, and publishing her work for the benefit of others.

Carol appears as a practitioner and energy therapy expert in the DVD documentary “The Tapping Solution” as well as in the documentary focusing on helping veterans suffering from PTSD, “Operation: Emotional Freedom.”

Carol has closed her private practice in order to focus on writing and recording new training products and teaching “live” EFT/Meridian Tapping workshops to practitioners and lay people around the world.

I am excited to introduce you to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) A Meridian Based Tapping technique and NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) which is a way of understanding and breaking patterns.

When I work with my clients, I use NLP to understand how the person creates the pattern or problem and apply EFT to help them to release it and use the coaching aspect to help them create a compelling vision and move through the problem towards their desired results with ease.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) works because as a trained EFT practitioner, I work with you to find the real cause of the problem never addressing just the symptoms.

Through the EFT process, you will be tapping on the body’s meridians in conjunction to tuning into the problem, as we do this, I as your EFT practitioner and coach will be asking you questions that lead us straight to the root of the problem allowing me to help you get relief, results and make changes much faster.
